CCRPC’s Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a federally-mandated document serving as the annual work plan for local and regional transportation planning projects – it describes our numerous programs and identifies the products we hope to accomplish.

Upcoming FY 2013 Joint CCRPC Annual Work Plan

The CCRPC is currently preparing next year’s UPWP, and the public was invited to offer suggestions on how we should invest about $2 million towards transportation-related planning programs in Chittenden County for fiscal year 2013. A Work Program Public Forum was held on 18 Jan 2012 at the CCRPC Offices in Winooski to obtain public input. The final work program will be approved in May 2012.

FY 2012 Joint CCRPC/CCMPO Annual Work Plan

Updated annually, the UPWP summarizes the transportation planning activities of the MPO staff, its member agencies, and other transportation and planning agencies conducting work in the Chittenden County region. Additionally there is an annual mid-year adjustment, which modifies the scope of work accounting for unanticipated planning activities during the course of the work plan’s execution.
