    One lane travel

    Motorists should expect slight delays on Flynn Avenue at Oak Beach Drive due to occasional one lane travel. Pedestrians will be detoured to temporary crosswalks and sidewalks.

    Construction along North Ave. between North and Sherman Streets and at the intersection with Washington and Berry Streets will cause occasional lane closures and slight delays.

    Intersection of College Street and the Railroad Crossing

    Amtrak to Burlington

    Road Closing

    Work to extend Amtrak’s Ethan Allen Express route to Burlington’s Union Station will close College Street at the railroad crossing to vehicle traffic from 2am on July 23 to 9pm on July 25. Pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to use the designated detour for the bike path to avoid traveling through the work zone. This project should be completed by December.     Culvert Replacement

    Lane shifts, minimal delays, and westbound on-ramp of VT 289 closure

    Culvert replacement work at the intersection of Route 117 and VT 289 will cause two-way traffic, lane shifts, minimal delays, and the closure of the westbound on-ramp for VT 289. Motorists must use the VT 289 eastbound on-ramp instead. The speed limit has been reduced to 30mph within the construction zone, and motorists are urged to slow down while traveling through the area.     Road construction at the intersection of VT Route 116, Shelburne Falls Road, and CVU Road will cause alternating one-way traffic and delays from 9am-3pm this Saturday and Monday through Friday next week.     Major bridge work in Hanksville has closed Main Road at the intersection of Main & Beane Roads and prevented vehicle through-traffic. A pedestrian and bicycle foot bridge crossing the Huntington River is in place. Motorists should plan an alternate route or follow detour signs around the construction zone.     One-lane travel

    Sewer line installation along Shelburne Road in the vicinity of Longmeadow Drive will reduce traffic to one lane going northbound. No traffic delays are expected.

    Concrete repair work on Route 7 just after the Winooski River bridge extending north to the intersection with West Allen Street, and on West Allen between Route 15 and Follett Street will reduce travel to one lane from 7pm-6am Monday through Thursday.
