PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

There is a visitor parking lot at 115 Lakeside Avenue. This lot is on the left, right after the Champlain College building, and just before the overpass. It is a short walk to the main Hula entrance. Event parking is free, but you must register your car with a promo code. Hula utilizes license plate scanning technology for their parking, as payment is typically required. Because of this, guests will need a promo code to ‘pay’ for parking. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Register your car when you arrive. Use promo code CCRPC615 to pay onsite when you arrive by scanning one of the QR codes that appear on signage throughout the lot and following the prompts. | Need help? Review on-site registration guidance »

Option 2: Register your car online in advance. Note: This method may require you to create an account, but you will not be required to enter credit card information. Hula staff is on site at the front desk if you have any parking questions once you arrive.

SCHEDULE

5:00pm: Social hour, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar
5:30-6:00pm: CCRPC Board of Directors meeting [in an adjacent conference room]
6:00pm: Welcome; brief program
6:30-7:30pm: Social hour continues; enjoy the beautiful June evening on the Hula patio!
