Startup. Scale. Support. The Chittenden County Economic Mobility Initiative is a regional initiative of the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, the City of Essex Junction, the Town of Shelburne, the City of South Burlington, and the City of Winooski.
We are grant-funded and our goal is to provide meaningful support to all levels of businesses in Chittenden County.
