In partnership with the Town of Shelburne and the help of Fuss & O’Neill, the CCRPC is studying improvements to change Bay Road into a multimodal corridor. A previous 2017 study was unsuccessful in garnering enough support for a preferred alternative. This renewed effort aims to put forth recommendations that are shaped by public feedback and account for lessons learned from the previous iteration.
