Blair Park Pedestrian Facility Scoping Study

The Blair Park Pedestrian facility scoping study will evaluate and identify pedestrian facility needs and issues in the existing conditions and explore in detail several potential alternatives to connect existing sidewalk gaps and recommend a preferred alternative. The project area begins at the intersection of US Route 2 / Blair Park Road /Harvest Lane and extends northerly along the Blair Park Road loop. Currently, sidewalks exist along sections of the Blair Park Road loop.  This project will provide a preferred plan to complete the loop around Blair Park Road and connect to Route 2.
