This parking management plan was produced by RSG under the management of CCRPC and City of Winooski staff with the guidance of an Advisory Committee of community stakeholders. The project includes a review of parking demand and supply within specific sections of the city; investigation and evaluation of various management strategies including enforcement, regulations, pay and fee structures, and metering options; and subsequent revisions to ordinances and the land development regulations.

Members of the public are welcome to join the Advisory Committee for their meetings throughout the project. The public will be notified in advance for these with an agenda and instructions for joining.

The role of the Advisory Committee is to represent a range of perspectives; review study materials and provide feedback; communicate with and provide updates to their organizations/constituents; and participate in developing recommendations. Ultimately, the City Council will consider and endorse the final recommendations of the Study
