The Richmond Selectboard accepted the Final Report for Phase 1 (North Half) on June 21. Phase 1 materials are available on this webpage.

The Town of Richmond seeks to create a master plan to guide the establishment of a full-fledged Complete Streets network. Project goals include identifying existing connections that can be incorporated into the future network, analyzing Town roads to determine their potential to be upgraded to accommodate multimodal traffic, and drafting conceptual designs for the adaptation of roads.
This project will be a two-year effort. Phase 1 focuses on the northern half of the Town (generally north of the Winooski River) with the second phase covering the southern half of the Town, planned for 2021/2022.

Public Meeting #1 | March 24 (Virtual meeting)
The project team shared a review of the existing conditions, a summary of public input to date, and asked for participant comments about desired connections and destinations.
Public Meeting #2 | May 24, 6 pm (Virtual meeting)
This is a joint Project Advisory Committee #3 and public meeting #2 to discuss the proposed draft network recommendations.

PAC Meeting #1 | November 12, 2020 (Virtual meeting)
This meeting provided an introduction to the project, the roles/responsibilities of PAC members, review of the project scope, discussion of public outreach, and roundtable of existing conditions, current efforts, and desired connections.

The committee reviewed and discussed the existing conditions memo, as well as public comments shared through the online map/survey (wikimap).
