INVITATION TO BID
Lake Forest Stormwater Improvement Project Construction | Issued: July 15, 2026 | Sealed Bids Due: 1pm, August 7, 2026
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC, Contract Owner) and the Lake Forest at Oakledge Condominium Homeowners Association, Inc. (LFHOA, Landowner) seek to retain the services of a general Contractor (Contractor), for the construction of stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) and landscaping enhancements at the Lake Forest Condominium Complex on Lake Forest Drive in Burlington, VT.
These improvements consist of dredging 3 onsite wet ponds, installing drainage conveyance improvements, a Contech Stormfilter treatment system, an access driveway, and grading enhancements. Landscape improvements are proposed to include replanting the work areas, and installation of new fencing.

- 7/23/2026 @ 9:00 AM. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Walk. Engineer and Owner will review project site & answer questions. Project is located on Lake Forest Drive which is located off the south side of the western terminus of Flynn Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. Meet near the large wet pond at intersection of Lake Forest Drive and Flynn Avenue.
- Sealed bids will be received by the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission at 110 West Canal Street, Suite 202, Winooski, VT 05404 until 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 7, 2026. Bids sent via fax or email will NOT be accepted. Sealed Bids will be publicly opened by a CCRPC representative starting at 1:00pm, August 7, 2026 at 110 West Canal Street, Suite 202, Winooski.
